thin, almost transparent film does not cover as it should

"We bought the product but the quality is much lower than the roll we bought from another company, it is thinner and not black like the other, I need to pass it 3 times for the film to cover it and we cannot see the content written on the box. from another brand covers worn once, I'm very disappointed."
