Tecnu Poison Oak & Ivy Oils - Outdoor Skin Cleanser is designed to completely remove the rash and itch causing oil (urushiol) from the skin after exposure to poison ivy and poison oak plants. If the rash has begun, apply Tecnu on the affected area and rub vigorously. Then wash with cool water and dap to dry. In case, water is unavailable than one must clean the Tecnu with a cloth.
Tecnu is the first step in rash prevention and ideal for gardeners, hikers, mountain bikers and forestry workers.

"Used product both before and after several poison ivy removal jobs, along with wearing disposable gloves. Have had poison ivy rash in the past, but not while using this product. It can also be used to clean tools!"
